Who we are
Core Studio is a shared yoga and fitness space for entrepreneurs and teachers who would like to share their offerings with the community without the pressure of having a long lease or large overhead. You can rent our space per hour for any kind of class, small group or other workshop offerings. We do sometimes accommodate private events as well for folks who want to enjoy this beautiful studio. We have yoga mats, chairs and props that teachers can use for their classes as a part of the rental fee, as well as a small in studio kitchen with teas and fridge access. There is also a reception area, sitting area and desk for your use as well. Handicap accessibility with elevators and wide doors, alongside of two handicap accessible bathrooms on the third floor. Our studio space is unlike any other in the city. It is located on the third floor of the 1101 4th street building in historic downtown sioux city. It bolsters lots of natural light with large windows and original hardwood floors.
