Amanda Vande Zande is an experienced yoga teacher who has been teaching for over 8 years. She has certifications in pilates, barre, spinning, weight training and group fitness in addition to yoga. Seh is dedicated to sharing her knowledge with her students and helping them achieve their goals while hopefully have a few laughs along the way.
