Join Jackie for an all bodies, all levels yoga class designed to support overall wellness with slow, steady movements, consistent holds for a good stretch and balancing postures to support stability and groundedness. This is a non judgmental and supportive space where all feel welcomed and free to explore their bodies and the yoga practice without pressure.
This is a one time offering that may be made into a series if there is enough interest.
Drop in rate is $15.
